📜 Art Amour Studio Unified Return & Cancellation Policy

Section 1: Returns and Exchanges for Apparel & Physical Goods

(Applies to T-shirts, Hoodies, Hats, Journals, Prints, etc.)

We want you to be completely happy with your physical items.

  • Return Window: We accept returns for unused, unworn, and unwashed items in their original condition within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Exchanges (Apparel): We offer exchanges for sizing issues (e.g., T-shirt is too small) if the replacement size is available. The customer is responsible for shipping the original item back.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in brand new, resaleable condition with any tags attached.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Digital products (including gift cards), customized or personalized apparel, and final sale items are exempt from returns.

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with clear photos within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or a full refund.

Section 2: Cancellation and Rescheduling for Services

(Applies to Photography Sessions)

Service bookings require time reservation and preparation, necessitating specific policies:

  • Booking Deposit: A non-refundable $75 deposit is required to secure your photography session. This deposit is final and is not eligible for a refund under any circumstances, including client cancellation.

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session one time if you provide a minimum of 72 hours notice. The original deposit will be transferred to the new session date.

  • Cancellations (Less than 72 hours): If a client cancels with less than 72 hours notice, the full remaining balance of the session fee may be charged to cover the reserved time and lost business.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ArtAmourStudio website ("the Service") or by purchasing any products or services from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (TOS). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice.

3. Products and Services

A. Physical Products (Apparel, Journals, etc.): All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

B. Digital Products (Gift Cards): ArtAmourStudio Digital Gift Cards are treated as store credit. They are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and do not expire.

C. Photography Services (Bookings):

  • Booking and Deposit: All photography sessions require a non-refundable $75 deposit to secure your booking date and time.

  • Payment: The remaining balance for the session fee is due on the day of the shoot.

  • Client Responsibility: You are responsible for showing up to the session location on time. Failure to appear or significant delays may result in the forfeiture of your deposit and/or a shortened session time.

  • Usage Rights: The photographer retains the copyright to all images. Clients are granted a personal use license for printing, sharing, and personal display. Commercial use is prohibited unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate contract.

4. Shipping and Returns

This section is governed by our separate Return and Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in that policy regarding returns for physical goods and cancellation/rescheduling of services.

5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

6. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to violate any international or federal regulations, or to infringe upon our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. You agree that your use of the service is entirely at your own risk.
